SALES TRAINING

The most important element of sales training is the motivational
component. In other words, what is the unique motivation that
energizes individual sales people? Why do people sell what
they sell the way they sell it? While skills are important
– and sales skills can be learned – skills alone
do not address the deep motivation that a person needs to
be a successful salesperson.

When a sales person discovers his or her "Core Motivator"
they are empowered to sell out of their core strength, and
are successful at selling by being who they are.

In my unique process we discover a clients "Core Motivator"
and teach them to lead the sales process out of their "Core
Motivator." We establish congruent target markets and
help the person navigate the through the various sales opportunities
by understanding their own deep motivational component.
