3 DAYS OF DISCOVERY

Vision For Your Life™
begins and ends with the premise that we are each uniquely
designed. Our discovery process provides you with clarity
and confidence: the clarity to see who you really are, and
the confidence to be that person every day.

Day 1

We begin by helping you discover your own "Core Motivator".

Core Motivator: The motivational "fuel"
which drives us and through which we take all other action.
It describes why you do what you do the way you do it.

Through our process, you discover that which most deeply
motivates you - your "motivational DNA." This is
the starting point for determining a Vision For Your Life™.

Day 2

Once you have a clear understanding of "who" you
are, we set a navigational point – your star.

Star: A personal vision statement that
serves as a navigational point in our vision setting.

A "Star" is a point so far away from us that we
will never reach it - yet it guides us and gives us direction.
For centuries, navigators have used stars to guide them on
their journeys. Sailors used the North Star (some 680 light
years away) as a reference point for guidance when navigating
the high seas. In our process, you determine a personal "Star"
that becomes a navigational point in your own Vision For Your
Life™.

Day 3

When you have discovered your "Core Motivator" and
established your "Star" you are ready to define
"Mountains."

Mountains: The major life goals that
we truly want to accomplish.

Between the starting point of your "Core Motivator"
and the navigational point of your "Star", you will
draw a line we call your "Life Path". On that path
you will define goals that are both significant and specific.
We call these goals "Mountains". These are challenges
you will undertake with confidence, because they line up with
the real you.

When you have completed the 3 Days Of Discovery you will
have a clear and confident vision of who you are, what your
purpose in life is, and where you want your life to go.
